This meeting is for all volunteers for the Spring Conference. This is NOT the conference registration.
The objective of this dry run is to
  1. Know the overall picture of a whole  jam-packed spring conference
  2. Identify each volunteer’s requirements so we the committee can arrange for you
  3. Rearrange/adjust events based on the discussion if needed
