Anna Gaichas, DTM read the District Mission.
Karolyn Hoard, DTM, presented the Credentials Report – a quorum was present.
The Agenda was adopted.
The Minutes of the previous meeting were approved.
Reports were made by the Division Directors, Executive Team, and Trio.
The District Realignment was discussed and a vote took place. The alignment passed. There are now 5 Divisions in District 106.
The District Officers were elected as follows: Division Director Gopu Shreshtha; Program Quality Director Ed Aylward; Club Growth Director Katy Hursh; Division A Director Denise Sundquist; Division B Director Daniel DeJoode; Division C Director Bob Dummer; Division D Director David Rasmussen; Division E Director George Kane. These officers were installed by Immediate Past District Director Michael Carlton.
No new business.
The District Director adjourned the meeting.
