International Speech Contest
Contestants deliver a 5–7 minute speech designed to inspire, move, and transform. This is high-level storytelling at its finest.

Evaluation Speech Contest
Contestants listen to a test speaker and then deliver a 2–3 minute evaluation—proving that powerful leadership includes the ability to listen deeply and respond with clarity and purpose.
