Agenda Highlights:

• Approval of the District Budget: Review and vote on the 2024-2025 District budget to ensure that we are set up for success this program year.
• District Leadership Reports: Hear from the District Director, Program Quality Director, and Club Growth Director on our district’s progress, upcoming events, and opportunities for members.
• Policy Updates: Review and vote on any proposed district policies.

• District Announcements: Exciting updates and announcements regarding district initiatives, upcoming contests, and more.

Who Should Attend:

• Club Presidents and Vice Presidents of Education (VPEs) from each club in District 106 (Each club has two votes).
• District Executive Committee Members (Area Directors, Division Directors, and other district officers).
• All Toastmasters members are welcome to attend, but only council members (presidents, VPEs, and district officers) are eligible to vote.
