When you attend a training outside District 106, sign in and include your District, Club Name, and Officer Role.

You may inform Program Quality Director Ashok Sunkavalli to double-check that you receive credit.

D6 PQD Tara Bolanda must notify D106 PQD Ashok Sunkavalli that you have completed the training.
