Hello Toastmasters Delegates and Fellow Club President and Secretary,

Serving this role is not only important to the club but has great importance to Toastmasters International.
An email from World Head Quarters (WHQ) was sent to you on July 7, 2022.

Delegates have a voice and can vote to reject or accept any business proposal and elect candidates for the
2022 Annual Business Meeting. As stated in the Bylaws of Toastmasters International, Article X, Section 1, a Toastmasters Member Club in good standing is entitled to two (2) votes at the Annual Business Meeting.

Here are the business proposals and candidates for the upcoming international convention.

Proposals: https://www.toastmasters.org/about/board-of-directors/2022-proposals
Candidates: https://www.toastmasters.org/about/board-of-directors/international-officer-and-director-candidates

If you plan on attending the business meeting either in-person or hybrid, please cast your vote.
If you are not attending the business meeting, please assign your club proxy to an attending club member or to me your District 106 Director. My Member ID is: 1071840. I can carry your proxy as your District Director and cast
the vote for your club.

There are three steps (see below or click here) to casting your club’s votes at the Annual Business Meeting. It is your role to ensure the completion of Step 1 by August 12 at 11:59 p.m. Central Daylight Time (CDT) or Coordinated Universal Time -5 (UTC -5)
