• The Larpenteur Estates apartment complex is on the south side of Larpenteur Avenue, just east of Hamline Avenue.
Park in the rear parking lot of the complex.
• Walk toward the east end of the buildings.
• Look for a gap between the buildings, across from Garage #69.
• Follow the walkway through the gap—you’ll see a sign pointing to the Party Room on the left.
