The fall 2020 District 106 business meeting was held on Saturday, September 12 via Zoom meeting.
The meeting was conducted via Zoom. A quorum was met, therefore voting took place.
The results of the meeting were as follows:
- The past meeting minutes were approved
- The slate of appointees for 2020-2021 were amended and unanimously approved
- The budget was approved (see Ballot B results below)
- The motion, Areas with 4 assigned clubs or less in good standing may send two contestants to the Spring 2021 area speech contest. Divisions with 4 assigned areas or less may send two contestants to the Spring 2021 division speech contest, was approved (see Ballot C results below)
