Kit #1: Corporate Club Kit
The Toastmaster District 106 Corporate Club Kit is designed to help you market your club in a corporate setting. Corporate clubs are unique: they generally have a narrow audience (the people in your company), but that audience is fairly consistent (a “captive” audience). Here is what is included:
- Guest Meeting Reminder: This is a reminder for your guests. Send a note – using this template – several days before your next meeting to encourage repeat visits. Feel free to edit to meet your club’s needs.
- Club Meeting Invitation: This can be used as a “desk drop.” Just print and place one on each desk in the building. It makes a terrific advertisement for your Open House!
- “Confidence” brochure: This is a handout for guests to learn more about Toastmasters. It’s a great add to your new membership folder!
- Promotional flyers: Three different flyers to post around the office. There is space to add information about your club meetings in each: Heart and Head flyer, Want a Promotion? flyer, Value of Communication flyer.
- Transform Your Talent: This is a flyer to give to your company’s Talent, Development and Learning team. If your company doesn’t already sponsor or support Toastmasters, this is a good opportunity to introduce your club’s values.
- Open House Flyers: Fillable posters that can be hung in the office to promote an open house
Kit #2: HR Kit (for Human Resources Departments)
The Toastmaster District 106 HR Kit is designed to help begin a new club at a company. There are a number of large corporations that sponsor Toastmaster clubs. This is intended to be sent to an organization. These corporations understand the communication and leadership benefits of Toastmasters for their employees. Here are the items that are part of the HR Kit:
- District Director Letter: This is a letter from the District Director to the HR lead touting the benefits of Toastmasters and offering help to set up a club within their organization.
- Develop Your Leaders From Within (PowerPoint): This is a presentation explaining the benefits of Toastmasters for your organization.
- Develop Your Leaders from Within Pamphlet : This is a handout explaining the benefits of Toastmasters for your organization.
- Features and Benefits Flyer: This is a flyer showing the features and benefits of Toastmasters for an organization.
- Sponsor Letter: This is a letter that can go into a new employee orientation folder showing that this organization sponsors Toastmasters as part of its training and development.
